This class is open to adult and cadet age 8-12 years beginner white belts to green tags.
This session hopes to encourage students to build confidence, self worth and motivation.
Class time: 5.30pm till 6.15pm

18:15 - 19:00

This class will cater for adults 13 years and above for white belt beginners through to Black belts.
Class time: 6.15pm till 7pm.
