Grand Master Nicholls delivered a Master class attended by over 30 students ranging from 8th kup to 6th Degree.  GM Nicholls was supported by current World & European Champion Matthew Brunger 5th Degree and Master Wood 8th Degree.

Lots of really good stuff learned by all, bringing to reality why we perform self defence combinations in class, performing them as an actual application of self defence rather than performing them like a traditional move in a pattern (tul).

Particularly interesting was the corkscrew motion (pivot) of the foot in side kick and a very interesting choke hold demonstrated by Master Wood (don't try this at home!!!).

A really rewarding but draining seminar, with everyone looking forward to the next one.
