Once again, Christmas and New Year is fast approaching after we come to another successful end of year for Gassor’s Taekwon-do and The Martial Arts and Fitness Centre.
December has been a busy month for Gassor’s Taekwon-do with 4 Pre-Gradings, 2 Gradings and 4 Christmas parties (Little Dragons, Juniors, Teenagers and Adults parties) and Awards Ceremonies taking place. This year has seen our competitors entering English, Welsh, Irish, Scottish and the British Championships Tournaments and with Team members becoming UK-ITF Champions.
We’ve seen great changes in The Martial Arts and Fitness Centre with both exterior and interior work carried out in 2011 including a new cafeteria, rendering and signs to the front of the building and a brand new reception area. 2012 will see even more changes and upgrades as we plan to create a boxing gym area for our students. Our calendar for 2012 is already starting to fill up with lots of things planned for the year!
We would like to thank all the Senior UK-ITF Instructors and thank you for all of their help and friendship. We would especially like to thank Master Trevor Nicholls for all of his help, guidance and friendship. We would also like say a big THANK YOU all of our students, families and friends for their continuous support.
Gassors Taekwondo will be busy in January preparing for the next Tournament in February with 53 members flying to Sardina, Italy to compete in the Mediterranean Open Championships.
We would like to wish all at UK-ITF members , Friends ,and families a happy and healthy 2012.
