Master Nicholls Technical Seminar – Scotland

All the students were waiting in anticipation and excitement for Master Nicholls to arrive at the seminar at Dalkeith Campus.
Master Nicholls started the seminar with going through basic movements to enable the students to understand about the natural body movement and how to generate power into all our movements and to make these techniques feel more natural to us.

Master Nicholls then went on to teach technical moves for sparring, in which the students all took grasp off and tried out the routines Master Nicholls put to them,  Some which were very tricky but very useful.  They all enjoyed this thoroughly as it was different from what they have done before with Master Nicholls.

The two hours absolutely flew by and everyone wanted more but unfortunately there was no time. Everyone sat down at the end of the seminar to reflect on what they had been taught, and Master Nicholls chatted with everyone about the ITF and what was going on with Imperial and the excitement of the World Championships next year.

Everyone then gathered for a group photo, and after the seminar Master Nicholls had to spend a few more hours conducting a BTC course for our future instructors.

We would all like to thank Master Nicholls for taking the time out of his busy schedule to come up to Scotland to see us.  Master Nicholls always has a great impact on the students and everyone has been buzzing since the seminar.
